With over 20 years of experience within the health and fitness industry, my primary aim is to provide an enjoyable and educational activity to help you get your body moving and onwards towards your health and fitness goals.
As a group exercise instructor based at the Littledown Centre, I teach circuits, PiYo, core conditioning, Metafit and athletic conditioning, and as a personal trainer I have worked with a variety of clients from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities, from professional athletes and business people, to retired individuals and teenagers with autism. I am also a running coach.
My training philosophy is do something that you love and you will be more likely to stick with it and variety is not just the spice of life but for exercise, it’s essential.

What can I expect?
Personal Training is designed to get you in great shape and burn body fat, whilst developing your muscular strength, endurance, stamina, flexibility, balance and core function.
1-2-1 sessions can be indoors (in the comfort of your own home) or outdoors and will incorporate using your own body weight and a variety of equipment such as boxing pads and gloves, resistance bands and
kettlebells, depending on your goals.
I also run an outdoor boot camp in Southbourne on Saturday mornings all through the year and I am an online running coach.
