About

I provide strength and conditioning; performance lifestyle support for athletes. Whilst I will provide an evidence based practice applying my knowledge, I also have over 16 years of experience in sports and fitness. For 8 years I worked primarily as a personal trainer and resort head of fitness (in various greek resorts). I also worked as an outdoor instructor alongside my fitness and sports roles. Following this I the past 8 years I have been working with athletes supporting their performance through strength and conditioning, particularly in adventure sports and weightlifting. I am currently working as a lecturer in sports science and delivering specialist strength and conditoning modules at UCLan; I am also the strength and conditioning coach and dual career coordinator for the scholarship athletes at UCLan and on TASS.
