I provide strength and conditioning; performance lifestyle support for athletes.

With over 16 years of experience in sports science and physical conditioning, my career is grounded in evidence-based practice and dedicated to enhancing athlete performance across levels. As an UKSCA-accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCC), my expertise spans development in high-performance sports, including a significant role with British Weightlifting. There, I contributed to elite performance strategies and co-founded a weightlifting and powerlifting club, leading its coaching initiatives towards optimising athletic achievements.

My recent engagements include supporting GB Climbing's youth national training camps, focusing on strength, conditioning, and performance lifestyle strategies, and preparing for a role with Paddle UK at their international under-21 training camps in France. These roles emphasise a multidisciplinary approach to athlete development, combining physical conditioning with psychological resilience and technical skill enhancement.

I currently serve as a lecturer in sports science at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), where I deliver specialist strength and conditioning modules. This academic position complements my role as strength and conditioning coach and dual career coordinator for scholarship athletes at the university and under TASS, underscoring a holistic approach to athlete development that integrates scientific principles with practical application. Outside of this I am also a co-founder and director at Athlete Now ltd; a sports directory that helps to connect athletes to verified sports practitioners.

My work represents a commitment to the scientific foundations of sports performance, focusing on the translation of theory into practice for competitive success and the advancement of the field of sports science and athlete conditioning.
