Nick started training seriously after high school primarily to lose weight. He was tired and frustrated with how he presented himself to the world. Nick was an overweight child, and an obese teenager and young adult. He knows and understands how hard it is to lose and maintain a healthy weight. He also understands that to go out and do great things in this world we as humans need the ability to be happy in our own skin. As a professional Personal Trainer, Nick's main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique, each with its own strengths and limitations. His method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. His aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. At the end of the day you are ultimately the master of your own fate but he gives you the blueprint.
