About
Growing up with a love for sports and a passion for science, I was led through a natural path to become a personal trainer. I studied at Leeds University where I qualified with a BSc in Physiology, after which I studied to become a qualified Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I come from an active background playing a variety of sports, including basketball, football and boxing. I love, live and breathe fitness and behind what many say is a friendly approach, lurks an inspired individual with a burning passion to help his clients achieve their goals.
I am a strong goals oriented personal trainer that continually sets goals for himself, ensuring that my clients and I are always at the top of our game. Many people are a long way from their comfort zone when it comes to the gym, though I aim to be understanding, helping those who at first may feel apprehensive, to quickly start feeling completely at home and inspired to achieve their goals.
