Whatever your level, I will focus on your fitness and training programme to fit in with your schedule, abilities, interests and lifestyle.
They say that abs are made in the kitchen. Well it's true. My passion when it comes to food and cooking over the years has ingrained in me an extensive knowledge of food nutrition and various types of diet and plans. Having said that, none of my clients are obliged to follow any diet unless they can exercise regularly with a certain level of intensity. I will tailor your individual food plan to your own unique fitness programme and body goals. With a little help your goals are in sight!
