Danny is a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience working and helping clients from all different walks of life from the retired who may have a back condition to professional golfers who want to improve their conditioning to support their game.

As a personal trainer, Danny specialises in corrective exercise, functional movement and golf fitness/conditioning. He prides himself on keeping up to date on the current fitness trends and always working on improving his knowledge to improve as a personal trainer.

Danny operates his business from an exclusive personal training studio in Beckenham south east London called Define Fitness. It is a fully equipped fitness studio with up to date fitness equipment including cardio equipment such as LifeFitness treadmills, Concept 2 rowing machines, static bikes and cross trainers. Other equipment includes a dual adjustable cable machine, a squat rack, a good range of dumbbells and kettle bells along with TRX straps and cross fit bands.

  • Titleist Performance Institute Level 1
  • REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer
