I am a mobile PT based in Beckenham. I have a passion for personal training and exercise, and a want to share my experience and knowledge with all of my clients. As an advocate of learning from people and from my own experiences, I strive to create a personal training relationship with my clients based upon listening, challenging and adapting to one another. This will ensure that your fitness and wellbeing journey is not only engaging and exciting but also sustainable.
Having suffered hand, leg and knee injuries, poor nutrition, drastic weight loss and gain, and low self-esteem, I have experienced some of the common obstacles faced during a fitness journey and so I am well placed to help guide you on what to avoid and how to overcome such obstacles.
My training is based upon realistic movement, self-investment and correct form, which creates meaningful results. I also place a strong focus on injury prevention both physically and mentally and pride myself on creating varied, dynamic and enjoyable training sessions based on individual needs. You are an individual and your training should be too.
