My professional mission is to help as many people as possible change their lives by reaching their weight loss, health and fitness goals. This desire is born out of being overweight myself for many years.
I actually weigh less now at 33 than I did when I was 13 years old! And I have lost 2 ½ stones of body fat since I was 21. I struggled for years myself before finally managing to figure out a way to lose the weight, keep it off and transform my life. This personal experience means I know how you are feeling and makes me all the more determined to help you.
