After playing squash at an elite level for several years Richard pursued his passion and qualified as a personal trainer. It’s this passion that has driven him to acquire valuable skills in many different areas within the health and fitness industry. Richard applies his knowledge to a diverse clientele in and around Kent.

  • Active IQ - Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (QCF)
  • Premier - Certificate in Gym (Level 2)
