What I do:
Help clients develop a better work–play ratio in life, which in turn can make them more productive at work and lead to a better quality of life at home.
Educate clients on healthy eating with step by step nutrition guidance, which in turn has a direct effect on their heath and of those around them.
Teach clients to exercise using bodyweight and minimal equipment but also familiarise clients with free weights.
Provide sports conditioning to golfers.
I direct most of my energy working with clients towards diet and lifestyle advice. I set out to make clients healthy, not fit. I feel the work experience I've gained from working as a chef gives me the edge over other trainers who offer dietary advice. Good food does not have to be boring so a lot of what I do is to encourage clients to be more adventurous in the kitchen and help them with ideas.
