John is the founder of Cardiff Personal Training Studio and has been personal training since 2000. He is also the Development Manager for the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), but seeing people get results is what really motivates him. John has helped people lose 6% body fat in 6 weeks, put muscles on people where they didn’t know they had muscles, and developed athletic performance for numerous sports. John’s biggest achievement in PTing was helping Matthew Davies lose 10 stone!
