My background

Sport played a massive role in my childhood and teenage life, taking part in many sporting activities such as rugby league + union, martial arts, football, sprinting, badminton. Although I loved playing sport, it wasn’t my passion. My passion has always been helping people achieve a better lifestyle + a better body through training, nutrition and mindset.

My mission

Is to help beginners achieve a better body shape, improve their health, improve their mindset and improve their lifestyle. I am a firm believer that when you start to achieve a physical transformation it will have a huge knock on effect on your whole life if you have done it in a proper manner where you will not only feel and look better but also will know how to manage your lifestyle and have a better mindset where you are more confident in yourself.

This has led me to spend a lot of my time and money on educating myself to become a personal trainer that can help you achieve your goals of improving your body shape, health, mindset + lifestyle. On top of this I pull from my own personal experiences of achieving my own body transformation and also having to work on my own mindset, health, lifestyle and training to get me to where I am today!

4x p/w training- £500 pcm. This will involve 16 sessions per month

3x p/w training- £480 pcm. This will involve 12 sessions per month

Online Personal Training- £80 pcm
