As well as personal training, I enjoy football coaching and circuit training. I love being able to contribute to people’s fitness goals and watch them improve and succeed. My programmes are always fun and varied, which really doesn't mean that exercise has to be a chore! I love joining in and making you feel good throughout your sessions with me. Not only do I like seeing people enjoy their training but also how great they feel afterwards. My training sessions are away from the gym, in a place of your convenience! Whether it be at work, at home or outside in your local park. Whichever suits you!
