After working in an office environment for many years, I started to notice my health was suffering; stress levels were high, mood was low and energy levels were practically non-existent. After taking a step back and taking a long hard look in the mirror, I decided to change my ways. Having always been a keen sports fan, I decided to become a qualified football coach. This gave me a new lease of life and the motivation to help other people. Having a similar background to many of my clients helps me to relate to and be empathetic with them.
