We specialise in strength and conditioning, personal training, injury prevention and rehabilitation and nutrition.

Strength and conditioning uses exercises to specifically improve your performance in athletic pursuit or competition. As a form of specialist training, it is now more important than ever, not just for strength, power and speed, but also for injury prevention and correct biomechanics. We teach functional movements, along with technique-based training, Olympic lifting and periodised intensity training, which together will give you the winning edge.

Injury prevention and rehabilitation programmes use the latest scientific techniques to ensure that you prevent or eliminate muscle imbalances and strengthen tendons and ligaments. Increased strength = less injury. They are a core part of both our team and personal training programmes.

Our personal training programmes are entirely bespoke. Working together we guarantee that with 100% commitment you will achieve your performance goals and feel stronger, fitter and more confident in all areas of your life.

Nutrition is a key component of health and fitness, and, therefore, whether your goals are improved athletic performance or weight loss, we have the nutrition programme for you. We offer a range of comprehensive nutrition programmes for teenagers, young elite athletes, teams and personal training clients, to educate you and complement your training.
