Hello! I’m Hannah, the face behind Dorset Fit. My personal passion for health and well-being has evolved into a dedicated mission to empower women across Ferndown and throughout Dorset to regain their strength through better health and fitness.

My journey into health and well-being isn’t just based on academic credentials but is deeply intertwined with my own personal experiences as a mother.

I believe in the power of personal training and its tailored approach. But there’s something uniquely uplifting about group exercises – the shared motivation, the collective energies, and the bonds that form. Be it one-on-one training in your home or mine or leading a group session, my goal is to create an environment where women can flourish.

Whether you’re just embarking on your wellness path or are looking to enhance your current regimen, I’m here for you. Together, we’ll tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and build lasting connections.
