My name is Gayle Bell and I’m a fully qualified Advanced Personal Trainer (Level 3), Sports Massage Therapist and committed Wellness coach.

I’m also a busy mum who knows how hard it can be to balance real life with staying fit, sustaining wellness and maintaining a healthy weight that makes you feel happy in your own skin (and clothes!).

For me, being fit and being well should be a lifestyle choice for everyone. It should always be fun and varied, and should make you feel great… it also gives you the perfect excuse to indulge when you want – guilt free.

My philosophy for both Personal Training and Wellness Days is to listen to your goals, your aspirations, your worries, likes and dislikes, and to make sure you overcome any barriers to achieve your goals.

I’ve been involved in the sports industry in various guises my whole working life and after years as a TV Sports Producer and journalist I retrained to become a PT and subsequently a Wellness Coach.

My own sports background is in rowing (Henley and National Championships), marathon running (London 2002 & 2003, New York City 2003), cycling (London to Paris cycle 2012), and more recently triathlons, as well a variety of other sports for recreation (circuit training, squash, swimming, football).

Having participated in sport at a high level I am able to cater for those who want to improve their athletic performance – weight training, plyometrics, and sports specific aerobic and anaerobic sessions.

I’ve also spent periods of my life over weight, suffering chronic conditions and got out of shape, so I know how hard it can be to get motivated and back on track. But it’s worth the effort…

  • Premier - Diploma in Fitness Training & Sports Therapy (Level 3)
  • Premier - Certificate in Gym (Level 2)

Taster session – ONLY £35.

If you’ve never tried Personal Training why not book a taster session with no obligation and see if it’s right for you.

Basic session rate – £40 per hour

Train with a friend/partner package – £45 per hour (block of 10 rate)

Wellness Days – £200

Massage therapy – £45 – 1 hour

Yoga Stretch and Relaxation rate – £45 per hour (Max 2 pax)

10 Session Package – £400 (£450 if you train with a friend)
