I’m Domenica, a personal trainer from Ecuador with a background in psychology. I empower people through fitness and movement, supporting both the mind and body. My mission is to help you feel your best, get stronger, and build confidence. I believe fitness should be enjoyable. That’s why I focus on making your journey both effective and fun, so fitness becomes a permanent part of your lifestyle, not just something you do for a few months.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including older adults, mums (pre and postnatal), women going through menopause, young adults, and more. My training style is functional. I design programmes that fit your lifestyle, improve your posture, correct muscle imbalances, prevent injuries, and boost your coordination and balance. No matter your goal, I want you to get the most out of your workouts and stay active because you understand how much it benefits your body.
I also offer nutrition support and education to help you build better habits and make smart food choices, so you can reach your goals and stay healthy for life. My goal is to make healthy living simple, sustainable, and enjoyable, so you feel happier, stronger, and more energised every day.

- CPD Certification in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
