Alongside my 5 years of experience as a personal trainer, I am a qualified yoga instructor, ex-dancer and gymnast.
I know what it feels like, as a woman, to be unconfident about my body. I also know what it feels like to fall in love with my body again. I share my unique tools and tips to ensure my clients love their bodies again too!
