At Routine Fitness UK Personal Training, I guide clients through health and fitness routines in an accessible, friendly and fun manner irrespective of current fitness levels in the privacy of your home or office, or in a local community space—wherever you feel most comfortable.
I believe that many of the fitness services currently on offer can be intimidating and complicated especially for individuals who are not used to fitness environments. I believe this is the case for many people who are or who believe themselves to be overweight or for people who are older.
My approach to fitness focuses on nutrition as well as accessible fitness routines as I believe that well-being is achieved through healthier diets as well as through activity.
