My approach is not to cheerlead you through a personal training session and leave it there. I’m here to get you the results that YOU want. This means listening to you and understanding how you got to this point in your life, and why you want to make a change. Most importantly, it’s about understanding what that change will bring you and how you will feel when you get there so that I can work with you to keep you on track. I’m always available via text, email or phone if you’re having a moment of weakness at the doughnut counter, or just need some advice!
