I have over twenty years of experience as a fully qualified personal fitness trainer. In this time, I’ve trained a wide variety of people with many different fitness levels, from the un-motivated beginner right through to the specialist athlete. I create tailored programmes to suit your fitness training needs.
I also have experience with a variety of personal fitness goals, including marathons, fun run training, recovering cardiac patients, women through and post pregnancy and rehabbing after injury.
I always provide advice and guidance at every stage of my clients’ fitness training, which is designed to produce maximum success in minimum time. I am an excellent motivator with an easy-going, relaxed approach that allows me to draw the best from people through gentle persuasion and encouragement. I’m dedicated to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and achieve their full potential. I am based in Birmingham/Sutton Coldfield and cover all the surrounding areas.
