As previous Head of Fitness and Lifestyle for Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre Tennis Academy, Richard has travelled the globe supporting professional tennis players with their health and fitness schedules and continues to provide coaching to young talent progressing through the ranks.

Richard’s skills are not isolated to tennis. He has years of experience coaching a broad range of athletes in their sports, from national to club level. As an experienced and accomplished ultra marathon runner, Richard has a wide client base from the local and national running community seeking coaching, personal training and training plan schedules to help with individual race goals
