I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer with additional certificates in soft tissue therapy, nutrition and functional movements.
You'll see me teaching others on how to get to grips with their own bodyweight, such as being able to do pull ups, press ups, and then more advanced movements such as handstands, muscle ups and pistol squats. I combine this with teaching you how to use specific tools and how to tailor your food to reduce the dreaded DOMS (good old muscle soreness).
I've also competed in national strength based calisthenics competitions, as well as having stepped on stage at the national student physique championships, coming out in a top 10 placing each time. So you can be sure I practice what I preach.
