I enjoy helping clients/athletes improve and reach their full potential by sharing my knowledge and experience. Enjoyment is a key part for clients/athletes, both in their sport and training. As well as being part of the Westway Sports & Fitness Centre’s S&C department, I also coach Rugby at WaspsFC and deliver S&C sessions for their 16-17-year-old players.

Block of 10 sessions £600 plus 1 session FREE

£80 per 1-hour session for 2 people (Partners/Buddy up)

£45 per 1-hour session outside only (Park or outside space local to where I’m working)
