About

A positive and passionate go-getter, with a love for food & fitness!

With a background in sports science, and experience competing in national level gymnastics and athletics, I fully understand the dedication and commitment required to make your goals a reality.

For me, health and fitness is not just about focusing on one big dream at the end of a hard slog of eating lettuce and training 3 times a day! My aim is to guide people through their own unique personal journeys. To help people find the positives in their health and fitness journeys, celebrating each challenge and success.

There is no doubt that the end goal is important BUT in order to get there something more than just turning up to train needs to happen! There is a reason why you aren't where you want to be and it’s all about figuring out what that is and why. Getting people excited and interested in why and how to exercise well and eat right is often the first step.

Why I don't believe in the magic pill approach...

After completing my honours degree in Sport & Exercise Science, I began my career in health and fitness by moving from the UK to Australia to spend a year at the NSW Institute of Sport. I got to work with lots of wonderful athletes, and learnt a lot about myself. I realised that, as much as I loved playing sport, health is where my heart is!

Whilst working for big corporations back in the UK, such as BUPA and Nuffield Health, it became clear that just because the health advice is there it doesn't mean it can or will be followed. My studies have taught me the value of a healthy lifestyle, but my own personal experience has shown me how difficult changing your lifestyle can be. Therefore, I now focus on spreading the idea of health for life by helping people to change bad habits and to feel body confident.
