Working out of Average Mo's Boxing and Kickboxing Gym above Norbiton Train Station, my short, medium and long term goals for my clients include increasing body confidence and educating clients on finding the balance between work, social and fitness goals.

My specialities include Boxing / Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning, Weight Loss and Management, Stability, Flexibility, Mobility, Balance, Coordination, Event Training as well as Nutritional Advice and tips on how to achieve this safely.
