I have a private studio based at home where I run 1:1 and 2:1 PT sessions for adults and younger adults.
I help people get fitter and stronger through strength training and cardio exercises such as Boxercise (pad work) and rowing.
I also work with clients online who need help with accountability and having a program to work towards with training and nutritional support.
