As a REPS Level 4 fitness professional who has competed at a high level of sport and represented the Republic of Ireland at international level (football) and who has also completed Ironman Wales (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017), I am fully aware of all aspects of fitness training, including factors that sometimes get in the way of achieving objectives. All training is carried out using SMART principles and is geared towards the individual's needs and requirements. Fitness testing on day one will give a starting point that can be referred to at any stage to ensure improvements are being made and objectives are being achieved. You can expect a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, motivation and a wealth of experience to ensure you enjoy the sessions and progress onwards in a safe and structured manner.
