The Hunter Technique is an ever evolving body-weight training system that uses movement to teach self-awareness, improve function, and increase strength, body awareness and flexibility. In addition to providing muscular and aerobic conditioning, the technique provides the benefits of improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility and coordination. It opens the endless exploration of the kinaesthetic possibilities of mind and body movement. Sometimes wild and athletic, sometimes quiet and meditative, it is a practice open to all bodies and enquiring minds. Our intention is to provide understanding and self collaboration with the human structure inherited through thousands of years of evolution.
