My passion in training and fitness was instilled in me from a young age, when I was heavily into team sports and cross country running. I was very competitive at everything I took part in, which has continued into the career that I love.
I have been personal training now for 8 years and have loved every minute of it. Recently, I have started focusing more on working with women and weight training. This is partly because whilst training females I often found them to be anxious and scared about using weights in fear of 'getting bulky' or being judged. This led me to creating small female group training programmes to teach females how to lift and feel great!
I have found these programmes to have some amazing results both physically and mentally to all of those who have taken part.
