I have several years of experience of personal training working with a variety of clients, from teenagers upwards. I like to work with people to set and achieve goals, and keep them focused on the end result. I can adapt my sessions from low impact for people with injuries or those who are just starting out, to high intensity training and weight training for those looking to push themselves a little more.
