It is my aim to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get fit and improve their wellbeing by providing a well-equipped, supportive space where each individual can realise their fitness goals. My goal as a Personal Trainer is to make personal training fun, educational and productive. I run a wide range of personal training programmes as well as group boot camps and classes. My recent Boot Camp classes include the following: Fat loss, Strengthening exercises, Lean muscle, Power, Metabolic conditioning. I run a range of these classes throughout the year. I have worked with a wide range of programmes and styles and strive to keep myself updated on the latest training techniques.
