Hi, I'm Dominic Londesborough (everyone calls me Dom), a personal trainer in London with over 14 years of experience. I've had a lifelong interest in exercise and nutrition, and had several personal trainers myself before I qualified. My step-mum was a dietitian, so I started learning the principles of good nutrition from the age of 5. When you hire me, you'll find me to be knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, and focused on helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Over the years I have helped a number of morbidly obese clients achieve serious weight-loss. It is not only possible but far more preferable to lose weight healthily than to resort to extreme measures such as bariatric surgery or crash diets. I have a strong track-record of helping obese clients get fit and healthy.
