As a level 3 certified personal trainer I have been involved in outdoor exercise classes where all levels of fitness are welcome and I can also provide one to one personal training sessions.
With a combination and variety of high intensity interval workouts, circuit training, and strength training, you can get a strong and very healthy body that will surprise yourself and all the people around you. Adjusting some types of exercise to one's own level is, in my opinion, the key to success.
It is hard to make time to exercise when life brings us so many other priorities, and I know a lot about this as I have three young children myself. But the great news is that we do not need to dedicate 60 minutes of our day for physical activity alone (no harm if you can do that though). If you have an exercise program specially made for you, it can be as little as 30 minutes daily and the results can be truly amazing.
