I am a trainer with over 10 years of experience working within gyms, in people's homes and in local parks. My main area of specialisation for the last 7 years has been pre & post natal training. My main aim is to make everyone enjoy exercising, whatever your age or previous experience. I will take your own personal goals and build a programme tailored just for you and will support you every step of the way with advice on nutrition and activities that will fit into your lifestyle. I have a lot of experience in getting people running in a gradual and safe way. I run a lot of high intensity interval training sessions with individuals and groups using body weight exercises, hand weights, kettlebells and resistance bands. I have trained a number of pregnant women and for the last 6 years I have run post natal buggy classes in local parks. I am also a mum to 2 young boys.
