This will include your workout program, diet and general lifestyle, whilst thinking of your current fitness levels, former/potential injuries and limitations.
Sessions are designed to be progressive and challenging, whilst always changing! Your customised workout plan will take you through all factors of your personal fitness development, making sure you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile.
Personal training sessions at Momentum Fitness are customized to your fitness targets and limitations. They will include a wide variety of fitness disciplines and methods to keep your mind and body challenged. Sessions will include such options as weight loss and toning, strength and muscle gain, mobility and stretching, cardiovascular training and sport-specific training.
You can choose to purchase sessions, packages or pay monthly. Even though we recommend you invest in at least 3 sessions per week to gain maximum results, we are also realistic about how your personal life demands can impact your workout schedule.
