About
I have always loved sports, from playing them to watching them. Being involved in sports meant that I was able to keep fit and healthy without having to think about it.
After leaving university and team sports no longer dominating my weekends, it became apparent that keeping fit wasn’t going to be as easy as it used to be. When I moved to London I joined a gym, though having never really been exposed to gym equipment it was all rather alien to me. This led me to spending my time on the treadmill, rather than exploring new exercises.
Four years later I now love the place and can’t believe how long it took me to utilise the equipment for my needs.
This journey has led me to follow my passion for promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle. My aim is to educate my clients, motivate them to reach their goals and work with them to create healthier habits both in and outside of the gym.
I aim to encourage and help my clients see the gym as somewhere they can escape to, develop and enjoy – not just as a means to an end.
Whilst working with me you will see my passion for highlighting that living a ‘healthy lifestyle’ isn’t about cutting out all the bad things in life, it’s about balance. Balance means enjoying life, sacrificing some things but not everything and maintaining an uncomplicated approach to your diet.
