I'm Boris Kolarov. Most of the year I am based in London (UK) and in the last 5 years I have been helping individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. Since I can remember, I have been always interested in and passionate about playing sports and exercising. I have always wanted to support people in changing their body and transforming their physique, so that they could enjoy life better!

My extreme interest in exercising led me to study Bachelor's degree in Sports Science at one of the top academic institutions in the UK – Brunel Universtiy London. Since starting my higher education in 2011, I have been dedicated to researching more training and nutritional techniques designed to create variable fitness programmes in order to meet the individual preferences of each client. 

In 2014, I graduated successfully and I started to work as a fitness coach. In the leisure center, I am helping people from teenagers to those over 55 to be more active and healthier. I have spent hours working with people at a variety of levels, making sure that they sweat out during the sessions but at the same time enjoy it.

My passion and hunger to develop further led me to complete an advance personal trainer course in 2015. My aim is to constantly improve and deliver the best service to my clients!

I went to study my course at Premier International Training as they have the Gold standard for quality in the industry. I was learning from great professionals that taught me top training methods and strategies. I've also learnt more on how the human body functions and what is the right way of eating.
