Samantha Hallam is a qualified Personal Trainer based mainly in West and South-West London.
Training sessions are tailored to meet the individual's needs, and her clients are trained to become healthier, more active and educated on both exercise and nutrition, enabling clients to be fitter for life. The sessions are fun and varied with a focus on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) incorporating boxing, kettle bells, TRX suspension training, medicine balls, dumb bells, cardio drills and more.
Samantha is a Level 3 REPs qualified Personal Trainer. She is also qualified as a fitness instructor, boxing tutor and coach, and has further qualifications in Olympic Lifting, ViPR (Vitality Performance Reconditioning) and Core Stability, meaning that she is able to properly devise varied and specific programmes for clients in order to help them meet their individual needs, and fulfil their training goals.
Samantha's training approach is dynamic, varied, challenging and disciplined. With her support clients are able to see results quickly, not only in how they look, but also in how they feel. Sessions are delivered in the park, office, private gym or your own home.
