With 20 years of experience and a background in health within the NHS, Paul has an acute awareness and understanding of the fast-paced, ever-changing environment where family and work are the main priority for the majority of people, but in order to be effective at both work and at home, an improved lifestyle and maintaining health and fitness is essential.
