Versatility is key to my style as a trainer. I am determined to find what works best for each person and to ensure that they reach their goals.
I have always enjoyed physical activities and I started to train in a gym when I was 14. I found after a while that the same training regime became less enjoyable so I began to experiment with a wider variety of activities including bodyweight and gymnastic exercises as well as maintaining my work on bodybuilding training.
I want to work as personal trainer because I believe that fitness provides a range benefits to people that are committed to working on it. Through my own experience and my acquired knowledge in fitness I will seek to change your mind so that I can change your body, and I can do it because I know from personal experience what you need to succeed.
