MPB: Health & Fitness was established on the fundamental value of creating a client-centred coaching experience. That means I put you at the heart of everything I do, whether that be advising you on lifestyle, coming up with an exercise programme that fits your preferences and needs, or finding the right coaching style to help you through a tough session.

I have experience in a plethora of different training styles (bodybuilding, strength & conditioning, strongman and Olympic weightlifting), alongside varied and extensive coaching experiences. My unique background, experience, and previous studies have given invaluable insight into the absolute necessity for careful planning, individual tailoring, and above all the genuine empathy needed to help clients achieve their goals.
