I always start with a full consultation, including a lifestyle and health & fitness analysis. Then I design a programme to help you achieve your goals in the most effective possible way - whether it's to lose weight, improve fitness, or train for an event. My programme includes nutritional advice, plus exercises you can do between sessions.
