I'm Mandy, and I deliver high quality personal training at your home, work place or local park.  My speciality is weight loss and fitness improvements - and results that last.  My training is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced exercisers.  

How it works

I always start with a full consultation, including a lifestyle and health & fitness analysis.  Then I design a programme to help you achieve your goals in the most effective possible way - whether it's to lose weight, improve fitness, or train for an event.  My programme includes nutritional advice, plus exercises you can do between sessions.
