I have worked as a gym floor instructor at Rochester Health Club, writing exercise programmes to meet a variety of goals, including fat loss, improved cardiovascular fitness, core strength and improved muscular fitness.
I have also worked for a small unique company that specialises in female-specific fat loss, fitness and wellbeing, instructing small group PT classes, and offering nutritional and lifestyle support.
I am a qualified Run Leader and have successfully coached both beginners and more experienced improvers to reach various running goals.
