Exercise should be functional, goal orientated and most of all fun! I tend to train people outside or in their houses. I keep the sessions as varied as possible, so that you keep challenging yourself and also it keeps you guessing what’s coming next. I generally try to steer away from exercises you don’t like (you can't list everything!). But there is something out there for everyone... I can do boxing, kettle bells, interval training, HIIT type sessions, Tabata, circuits, weights, fartlick and so on. The aim is to get you your results with a smile on you face (ok sometimes a grimace!).
