Welcome to my world! I am a freelance personal trainer based in West London. I am incredibly passionate about fitness and I truly believe in its benefits for overall wellbeing. I constantly strive to create a positive and motivational atmosphere for my clients so that they “want” to train harder.

My background in hospitality has taught me the importance of customer service, and I work hard to build great working relationships with all of my clients. I understand the obstacles that can limit people from achieving their fitness goals and I tailor individual plans accordingly.

My goal is to help people feel healthier and happier; to be positive and to love themselves the way they are.

As a keen cyclist, I also create training programmes for cyclists to help them improve their performance on the bike. These programmes concentrate on mobility, stretches, core strength and correct posture.

In addition to one-to-one personal training, I specialise in functional fitness boot-camps.

Functional fitness focuses on exercises that reflect real-life activities and can benefit our body more effectively than isolation training on machines.

Functional fitness is modelled on calisthenics and is based on moving dynamically under total body control with core strength being at the heart of every exercise.
