My name is Jeremy and I provide results driven personal training in Herne Hill, Brixton and Clapham. The aim is to inspire clients to move more, reach their goals and to provide the help and support for them to make positive and lasting changes to their lives.
Train for health and train for enjoyment. My approach is to avoid the modern trend of fad diets and exercise regimes and to build lasting behavioural changes with clients that allow them to have a well balanced approach to exercise, food and health.
