My journey in health and fitness involves many years and multiple continents.
I've trained in South Africa, fought Muay Thai (Thai Kickboxing) in Thailand and now am based in the United Kingdom.
My fitness and martial arts background has allowed me to acquire a wealth of knowledge in practical health and fitness. I've helped many men and women build a body to be proud of and be the best versions of themselves.
