It's the fine details that can be the difference between you getting abs or back pain. As a maths grad who's spent most of his life pursuing a career in football, I offer a logical and scientific approach to movement, which can be applied to various body types, to give you those body/performance goals you have always wanted.

My philosophy is that our bodies can not see or know what we want it to morph into, but what it does know is how to adapt. So you must manipulate the task so that the body adapts in the manner you want it. Many people go wrong because they assume all forms of exercise produces the same results. There are a 100 ways to perform a push up, each slightly different than the other. If you cannot recognise the fine details, then you won’t recognise the outcome of that training, which could be something you do not want including injury.

I am all about the fine details, and with science and a 100% track record backing me, I am confident I am exactly what you're looking for.

How quickly you will get results is all dependant on where you currently are at in terms of your ability to listen, how well you move, your mobility, your muscle to mind connection and how controlled your movement is. These are the fundamentals I will be drilling into you.

Currently only training clients at PureGym Holloway. No gym membership is required and no extra fees are charged.
